Update:

We found out yesterday that the hand surgeon is out of town for the week. Jack's got an appointment for February 15th.

I also found out that this doctor, to whom we were referred to, who has done surgery on Jack before, is now considered out of network for our insurance.

So, once again, I have a fight on my hands to get what I need for my kids.

I'll get what I need... that's the real reason they call me the Queen "B"...
